Craig is head actuary for Aetna’s commercial large group business, where he partners closely with Commercial Product, Sales, Account Management, Finance and Underwriting to drive profitable growth for employers with over 50 employees. From April 2016 to November 2017, Craig served as head of National Accounts Actuarial. Prior roles include head actuary for Aetna’s Southeast and Mid-Atlantic territories, senior actuary for Aetna’s Health Care Reform Project Management Office, lead pricing actuary for Medicare Part D and Medicare Supplement, head of health rating systems, and several other pricing roles since joining Aetna in 1997. Craig is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and a master’s degree in statistics, both from Washington University in St. Louis.
